"This past weekend my daughter Brooke married her best friend Nick. It was absolutely beautiful and a big part of that was because of the venue. Last year when we were touring different venues, this was the third one we went to, as soon as we pulled down the long driveway with the beautiful gate we were hooked. Everything about it was what we wanted. The outside areas, tent provided, the spacious back yard. area for dancing, outside bathrooms, outside fireplace, lots of areas to take pictures in. Extra freezer, refrigerator and grill outside. Beautiful lights, chandeliers, everything you need. The inside is completely restored with 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, man cave for the groomsmen. Plenty of space to spend the whole weekend there and not have to run back and forth. After all the festivities you can just go inside and not worry about having to drive home tired. Andrew is the caretaker and he is very understanding and accommodating . He was always available to answer questions and got right back to us. He didn’t bother us or try to micromanage anything, but if we needed him he was there. One of the most important selling points was other venues want you to use only there things. Tables, chairs, flowers, food,vendors, etc.. Historic Woodland Estates lets you do it however you want to do it . They have different packages but, for the cost to stay from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon and have access to decorate and get ready you can’t beat it. We are blessed to have found in my opinion, one of the state of the art venues anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful lifetime experience we will never forget!"
