The Heritage Package

$7,000+ tax

Use of The Historic Woodlawn Estate from Friday at 12PM to Sunday at 12PM 

Your 3 day stay with us includes:

  • On-site Venue Management Coordinator

  • Begin setup on Friday at noon

  • Access to property for Friday evening rehearsal

  • 2 nights stay (Friday & Saturday) at the Estate (sleeps 10)

  • Bridal suite & dressing room with vanities

  • New!! Use of our 40'x 60' Aluminum Frame Tent in our Outdoor Patio Area (Excluding Winter Weddings)

  • Chef kitchen

  • Breakfast Buffet Room

  • 300 outdoor guest capacity

  • 2 acre lawn

The Saturday Package

Use of The Historic Woodlawn Estate for either a Saturday or Sunday from 7am - 10:30pm

Your Weekend Package with us includes:

  • On-site Venue Management Coordinator

  • Access to property beginning at 7am Saturday or Sunday Morning

  • Bridal suite & dressing room with vanities

  • New!! Use of our 40'x 60' Aluminum Frame Tent in our Outdoor Patio Area (Excluding Winter Weddings)

  • Chef kitchen

  • Breakfast Buffet Room

  • 300 outdoor guest capacity

  • 2 acre lawn

  • Patio/outdoor bar

  • Wine Cellar (man cave)

  • Clean up and check out by 10:30pm Saturday or Sunday

Your Weekday Package with us includes:

  • Access to property on your weekday beginning at 10am

  • 300 outdoor guest capacity

The Add-Ons

Alcohol on Premises.....  $500 + tax  

This non-refundable fee is required if alcohol is going to be present in any manner as part of your event.

Woodlawn White Resin Folding Chair Rental.....  $3/each + tax

Give your guests comfortable and convenient seating at your wedding with this white resin folding chair with slatted seat. This model's white resin finish adds style and class to any wedding day. (300 max qty. available)

Photos with the Longhorn Cattle.....     $100 + tax  

We had some new neighbors moooooove in recently.. If you'd like to take a few photos with a wooden fence between you and the longhorn cattle, let us and your photographer know and we'll plan it into the photo portion of your timeline.

Photos with the 1926 Model T .....  $100 + tax

Want to stage a faux-exit or photo-op in our vintage getaway car? Look no further than our functioning 1926 Ford Model T Tudor. This can be parked in your desired location somewhere near the estate for some classic car photos.

Requirements for Rental Agreement

EVENT INSURANCE 

Event insurance is required for each rental. Although, we do carry liability insurance for The Historic Woodlawn Estate, this event insurance protects the client and their guests in case of injury or excess damage to the property. Event insurance typically costs on average $75 to $150, depending on the number of guests and if you serve alcohol. Most insurance agencies will offer this coverage, and there are online options. (If you need help with securing the event insurance, we are happy to assist you). 

PAYMENT METHOD 

Method of payment is cash, check, or Card (addtl. 2.9% processing fee). Initial deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your venue date on the calendar. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled venue date. Proof of event insurance required two weeks prior to your venue date.  

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

A refundable damage/excessive cleanup deposit is required in the amount of $500.00 and is due 30 days before the event. If there are no damages, this will be refunded to you within 30 days after your event

CATERERS

Other venues require that you use their caterer. We want you to be able to select your own licensed caterer and vendors and make your own choices. 

OTHER EVENTS 

When not in use for weddings, we are happy to provide pricing and services for other special occasions including corporate events, graduation celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers and reunions. However, these events cannot be scheduled more than 60 days in advance.
