Historic Woodlawn Estate is on an open 900 acre farm right on the Mason/Putnam Co. lines on 817. Nestled between the Kanawha River and beautiful Longhorn cattle roaming the rolling hills (Legacy Land & Livestock), it’s easy to forget that you’re only a few minutes drive from the newly opened Route 35 highway. Conveniently located off the Buffalo exit. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive from Teays Valley.

Our family purchased the estate in 2019 and restored the brick home (built in 1867) to its glamorous glory, still capturing the essence of its era. Our goal with this project has been to honor the original owners, The Morgan Family, by bringing the old with the new and to share this amazing place with others to create memories to last lifetimes.
